Welcome to Lullo (lullo.us), operated by Lullo ("Lullo," "we," "us," "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from this site. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

Lullo sells dietary supplements, including Lullo Magnesium Glycinate.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our products are dietary supplements, not medications, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication (including medications affected by magnesium, such as certain antibiotics, bisphosphonates, or blood pressure medications), or have a medical condition, including kidney disease.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, products, and promotions at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed in error, or exceed reasonable personal-use quantities. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.
In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full.
Payment is processed at checkout via our third-party payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription:

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the recurring interval shown at checkout (e.g., every 30 days) at the subscription price, until canceled.
You may cancel at any time, with no penalty and no minimum commitment, through your account portal on lullo.us or by emailing help@lullo.us. Cancellation stops all future charges.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Renewals already processed ship as normal and are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; you may cancel before the change takes effect.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping is governed by our [Shipping Policy] and refunds by our [Refund & Return Policy], both incorporated into these Terms. Key points: 60-day money-back guarantee (one per customer/household, no return shipment required), photo proof required for damage/defect claims, and customer-paid return shipping on standard returns.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lullo from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at help@lullo.us and attempt informal resolution for 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, unless applicable law grants you the right to proceed elsewhere.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
