It is a thin dissolving film, not a mint, gummy or pill. The texture may feel unfamiliar at first; the light cranberry taste fades as it dissolves.
How quickly does it dissolve?
Place it on your tongue and allow it to dissolve. Dissolution time varies and does not establish when you will feel caffeine effects.
How long does the energy last?
Every strip has a labeled 50 mg of caffeine, but there is no fixed duration or guaranteed experience. Sensitivity, tolerance, food, sleep and other caffeine all matter. Avoid use close to bedtime if caffeine affects your sleep.
